2. Service Enquiries and Engagement
Submitting an enquiry through our website or contacting Sands Living does not constitute a formal service agreement.
Support services will only commence once:

Availability has been confirmed

A service agreement or support arrangement has been established where required
We aim to match participants with support workers suited to their needs and preferences wherever possible.
3. In-Home Support Services
Where Sands Living provides services within a participant’s home, we aim to deliver support in a respectful, professional and safe manner.
Participants and households receiving services agree to:

This insurance is in place to provide protection in relation to services delivered by Sands Living and its staff.
